All photography and videography bookings with UMagic Studio Singapore are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit, unless otherwise stated in the official quotation.

The remaining balance is payable on or before the event or shoot date.

All prices are quoted in SGD unless specified otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot and are subject to availability.

Changes requested on short notice may result in additional charges, depending on crew, equipment, and scheduling requirements.

Ownership of Content

All photos and videos produced by UMagic Studio are protected under copyright law.

Usage Rights for Clients

Clients are granted usage rights for personal, marketing, and commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

UMagic Studio reserves the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio display, website content, and promotional materials, including social media and marketing platforms.

Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeline specified in the quotation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the scope, duration, and complexity of the photography or videography project.

Rush delivery options may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

UMagic Studio shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Venue or location restrictions
• Equipment malfunction
• Illness or emergencies
• Acts of God or unforeseen events

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, access, and approvals required for the shoot location.

UMagic Studio is not responsible for limitations caused by venue rules, lighting conditions, crowd control, or third-party restrictions.

All client information and project materials are handled with confidentiality.

UMagic Studio will not share client data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
